For more control over your Fin AI Agent customer experience, choose the length of Fin's AI-generated answers.
Visit Fin AI Agent > Settings and open Customize Fin's answer length.
Choose from three different options:
Succinct: minimize word count for faster interactions.
Standard (default): strike the right balance between context and brevity.
Comprehensive: more thorough responses for maximum context.
“Comprehensive” has on average 2% higher resolution rate than “Succinct”.
Here are some examples of answer length when asking Fin "Can you set different teammate permissions?"
Once the answer length setting is saved, it will be live immediately for Fin and you'll see the change reflected in the Messenger preview for chat.
Note:
This setting currently only impacts chat conversations; it won't change the length of email conversations.
The beta is only available on US hosted workspaces.
